Channel support can be undertaken on a tactical or strategic basis including managing the full remit of a client’s support team.

This can include; the implementation of a recruitment programme; TUPE legislation; enhancing an existing team; equipping the team with product, sales and presentation training and the tools to be able to do their job effectively.

On-going coaching; implementation of reporting systems and overall, ensuring availability and visibility for products ensuring clients are represented in a proactive and professional manner.
