Innocent came once again to FieldSmart for their Field Marketing skills. With a new product to launch, Innocent needed the means to ensure this was visible in store and therefore aid the increase of sales.
422 Morrisons stores were selected for the Innocent OJ launch. A 3 stage sweep approach was decided on order to set up the new product launch in store and follow up on the promotion as it lifted off. FieldSmart’s experienced Field Executives were to ensure that: OJ smooth and OJ bits sku’s were placed on Gondola End (GE), The correct promotion was running, check the main fixture and check a range compliance of another of their product ranges.
